One click from the launcher

The “Play” button on your server in the Hosting tab starts the client with the right version. On Fabric, Forge and NeoForge it uses the same loader and drops you straight onto the server; on Paper and vanilla the server is first in your Multiplayer list.

Choose the server type and Minecraft version when you create the server.

Mods and plugins

Search and install mods and plugins from Modrinth right in the launcher — the file lands in the server’s mods/ or plugins/ folder by itself.

Console, files, backups

Live console, file manager, one-click backups, scheduled tasks (restarts, commands, timed backups), world upload and download.

Locations

Moscow, St. Petersburg, Finland and Germany — pick the one closest to your players or leave it on “Auto”. Locations depend on the plan.

Pay with NLcoin, auto-renewal

You pay from your NLcoin balance. Turn on auto-renewal and the server renews itself a day before it expires; you get reminders 3 days and 1 day before.

Where do I get NLcoin? Top up your balance in your account on the website: 1 ₽ = 2 NLC. Once you have enough for a plan, you can create a server right away.

Frequently asked questions

Which versions and server types are supported?

Main ones: Paper, Vanilla, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Purpur. Also available: Arclight, Canvas, Folia, Leaves, Mohist, Pufferfish, Spigot, Sponge. You pick the Minecraft version from the list for each server type — from old ones to the very latest — and you can switch the server type or version later in the server settings.

Can I install mods and plugins?

Yes. Fabric, Forge and NeoForge run mods; Paper, Purpur and similar run plugins. The launcher has Modrinth search with one-click install, and you can upload your own files with the file manager.

For a modded server, hitting “Play” makes the launcher start the client with the same loader and version.

How do I invite friends?

Send them the server address — it’s shown on the server card. If your friends also play with NLauncher, while you’re on the server they just hit “Join” in the friends list and the launcher starts the same version and connects them to you. You can also give a friend access to manage the server (subusers) and set up a whitelist.

Can I move an existing world?

Yes: in the launcher, in the server’s World section, you can upload your world archive and download the world from the server. Single files go through the file manager.

What happens when my paid time runs out?

You’ll get reminders 3 days and 1 day before the end. With auto-renewal on, the server renews for a month from your NLcoin balance a day before it expires.

If you don’t renew, the server stops. Renew within 7 days and it starts again; after that the server is deleted together with the world.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change the plan of a running server: when upgrading you pay the difference for the remaining days, when downgrading the balance is recalculated. You see the exact amount before confirming. You can also buy extra backup slots, databases and ports.

Is there a free trial or refunds?

There’s no free trial — but the cheapest plan is just 138 NLC a month. If a server fails to be created, your NLcoin goes back to your balance automatically. For other refund questions, contact us on Discord or Telegram.

Who can buy hosting?

Hosting is available to NLauncher ID account holders. Signing up is free and takes a minute. One account can have up to 5 servers.
